Thursday Thoughts – A Convenient Haiku

On visiting the church of St. Martin in the Fields in Trafalgar Square, I was struck how the only place where there was no talking whatsoever was the gents toilet.

I realise that a Haiku is possibly an unusual response.

    1. Not really, although you do see them occasionally. In the uk there are strict but unwritten social rules around the use of public toilets, at least the men’s, (I have no experience of the ladies’) one of which is absolute silence. I don’t know if partitions would change that.
